Brand-new hotel with great pool. All of the staff was amicable and welcoming. The location was central, very close to the lake and the water park, the mall, restaurants, Walmart and more and other attractions. A theme park was also close to the venue.

Everything is very clean here. The rooms with laundry and a functional AC. The pool area is nice too.

Hotel was hip new and neat. Particularly nice view, a big balcony, large bed, too. Unbeatable location to millcreek mall complex. An outdoor restaurant was large. It was a relaxing stay, you could leave a car on site. Welcome drinks, free wifi were a nice surprise.

Even though everything was nice, some of the staff were very rude.

The room was immaculate, and we appreciated its central location. It was across the very very nice area. Also, Family Church Erie was 2 km away. We had quick check-in on arrival. Such a pleasant enough experience...

I stayed here during the new year and I loved it. The hotel was courteous and neat everywhere. The location was convenient, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from family first sports park. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. Exceptional stuff, very quick check-in.

It was an amazing base for our great stay. Breakfast was VERY GOOD and the staff was friendly. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Texas Roadhouse that was only 15 minutes' walk away.

I tried some drinks at bar Quaker Steak & Lube, located 10 minutes walk away. It is walking distance to Southside Baptist Church. Easy to reach from Erie International airport, 16 minutes drive. Everything met expectations👍
